This virtual support group is offered to all our Azura communities including those who do not have loved ones that live in one of 14 communities.
Our Virtual Dementia Support Group is a place for those looking to connect with others that are going thru the changes/challenges of having a loved one affected by Dementia. by Dementia.
Meeting the 4th Wednesday of every month from 5 PM – 6:30 PM
