Azura Memory Care is committed to helping its residents realize their dreams, despite a diagnosis of dementia.
The Azura’s Dreams Program helped this resident return to the Northern Wisconsin State Fair, an event he once helped manage. His wish was to go back to the Fair, eat a corn dog, drink a gallon of beer and shake a few hands.
Through support of his Azura family and his Fair family he was able to revisit his old memories and find joy despite his dementia diagnosis. Yes EXCEPTIONAL!!
