Azura’s assisted living and memory care community in Brookfield at Mierow Farm featurse four homes on its grounds; two homes (Elmbrook and Mierow) specializing in memory care for those with early to late stage dementia and Alzheimer’s disease, and the other two homes (Broadway and Wirth) for those seeking general assisted living. The picturesque community features a historic barn owned by the Mierow family and seasonal farm stand that has been preserved from its previous operation, as well as a community garden for all to enjoy!
Our Elmbrook and Mierow memory care homes are designed to provide a holistic approach that supports and empowers residents to live a joy filled life. With over 120 hours of dementia specific training within their first 90 days, our team members are taught how to provide support while maintaining dignity to those with memory loss.
Our Wirth and Broadway assisted living homes are designed to offer personalized assistance to support independence and well-being. With convenient on-site amenities, chef-prepared meals, social activities and more, our residents enjoy life in a vibrant community full of possibilities.
