Azura is bringing memory care and assisted living to Waunakee in Fall 2026, with a brand-new community at 151 Breunig Blvd designed specifically for families across northern Dane County. Half memory care and half assisted living within a single, purpose-built building, Azura Waunakee will be home to 88 residents across four households; small enough to feel like home, large enough to support every level of care.
