Maddie serves as the registered nurse for our Oak Creek home.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in nursing from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. Prior to Azura, she worked in Assisted Living/Memory Care, Rehab, and Med Surg.
Maddie and her husband have two sons and enjoy camping, fishing, hunting, going to the lake, traveling, and watching/attending Green Bay Packer games.
“I started my medical career as a resident assistant at a memory care facility in Howard, WI. Upon becoming a CNA and starting nursing school, I transitioned to the hospital on a Med Surg Floor. I became a nurse extern, then a registered nurse. When my husband and I got married I moved from Green Bay, WI to Mukwonago, WI where I felt a calling to return to Assisted Living / Memory Care. I really enjoy getting to build a relationship with my residents and their families. I feel Azura’s resident centered care aligns with my personal beliefs of how healthcare should be conducted.”
