Valerie Beyer, Executive Director

Valerie serves as our Executive Director in Brookfield!

“I embarked on my career in Senior Living in 2008, initially working in Skilled Nursing for nine years before transitioning to Assisted Living & Memory Care, where I have spent the past six years. Throughout these experiences, I have acquired valuable skills such as adaptability, leadership, and communication, which have shaped me into the accomplished professional I am today. As the Executive Director of Azura Brookfield, I am excited to build upon its existing successes,” shares Valerie.

Valerie adds, “Born and raised in Milwaukee, WI, I come from a large family with Italian and Mexican roots. Our Sunday traditions involve gathering together to prepare and enjoy traditional dishes. I met my husband right after high school, and together we have a wonderful 16-year-old-son. Our family is completed by our two Siberian Huskies, Zelda and Freya, as well as our Siamese cat, Meicia. Outside of work, you’ll often find me on taking long walks with my dogs, fishing in the Milwaukee River or experimenting with new recipes in my kitchen.”
