Patrick, a resident at Azura of Oconomowoc, and his wife, Roxanna, are the perfect example of a true love story. After Patrick was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer’s, Roxanna has never left his side and has tried to keep life as normal as possible for Patrick and their family. Due to Patrick’s diagnosis, they had not been able to enjoy a true date night in years—but this special MOSAIC dream changed that. The Azura team made sure Patrick had a new outfit, ordered a fancy meal and gifted Roxanna a bracelet with their birthstones in it.
Hand in hand, they shared laughter, memories, and the simple yet profound beauty of being together. Roxanna and Patrick’s MOSAIC Dream was an afternoon filled with love, nostalgia, and cherished moments. It was more than just a date; it was a reminder that love endures, even when words and time begin to fade.
