We are pleased to announce that Ariel Gonzelez has been promoted to Executive Director at Azura Memory Care of Fox Point. Ariel started her career with Azura in April of 2020 as a Caregiver and her passion for what we do and drive to make an impact has pushed her to grow into a Team Lead, House Manager, Executive Director in Training and most recently Executive Director in Oak Creek. Ariel completed the WALA administrator course and is also a certified SP, FA and FA Instructor. Ariel stated, “I wanted to get into the healthcare field to try something new and also love caring and helping people no matter what it is.” Fun facts about Ariel: Her name is Hebrew (named after a person in the bible) and she loves basketball, playing all through high school and 3 years in college (won top 10 for most rebounding and defensive player of the year!). In her free time, she loves to spend time with my family & friends and taking pictures. Ariel said, “I love Azura because of how structured we are here, there are also lots of opportunity for growth. Azura is my first health care job and I felt I made the right choice by coming here”.
