Jill Kreider is the President of Azura Living, LLC and has been with the organization since 2010. Jill started her career in the ski industry at Intrawest in Colorado as an Accountant, however realized she was missing something after being inspired by her brother to enter the healthcare field. After finding her passion and being able to do what she loved to do while enhancing the lives of others, she quickly found her home in the healthcare field at Azura. She helped Azura start up and open a successful 108 bed short term rehabilitation center in Lakewood, CO which was later sold to Genesis Healthcare. She helped takeover a portfolio of memory care communities in Wisconsin, while helping the organization grow by building more communities and doing extensive remodels on the existing ones over the years in order to continue to transform the culture of care. She is constantly trying to find ways to better lead the team as well as create a homelike environment for those suffering with dementia, and give them the dignity they deserve to live out their final days and years.
Jill is actively involved in and sits on the Board for the Wisconsin Assisted Living Association (WALA) as well as the WOW Workforce Development Board. She is active in Young Presidents Organization (YPO) as well as many other trade organizations.
Jill holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a focus in Accounting from the University of Colorado, as well as her MBA. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Jill resides in Pewaukee, WI with her husband and 2 children who keep her busy, and she finds time to travel whenever possible.
