I have been in healthcare for nearly 30 years, mostly in Acute Care, before finding my passion for the elderly, specifically those who suffer from Dementia/Alzheimer’s. I began my journey with Azura as a full-time nurse in one of our homes, before becoming the Executive Director for that home. However, after nearly a year, I missed nursing, and went back to being the full-time nurse before being promoted to my current position.”
“I am currently working on my master’s degree in Nursing, with an emphasis on education. In my spare time, I care for my parents who moved in with us almost four years ago, love to travel, and spend time with family and friends. “
