Azura of Mukwonago will feature 1 memory care household and 2 assisted living households. When complete, these three households will have the ability to provide care and services for up to 100 residents; featuring private rooms, enhanced suites, specialized spa and salons and outdoor courtyards specifically designed to support those with memory loss, as well as support those and promote independence for those in assisted living.
