Cynthia Holst – Executive Director

Cynthia is our Executive Director in Monroe and received her degrees from Blackhawk Tech, MATC and WALA! She worked for 25 years in healthcare starting as a CNA. She started at Azura 3 years ago as a caregiver, then was promoted to House Manager and is now our Executive Director!

In her free time, Cynthia enjoys spending time with her husband and two boys, reading and camping!

Cynthia chose Azura because, “it feels like a family to me and I can honestly say I enjoy what I do. This is just where my heart is.”
