Jennifer will be supporting 6 of our Azura homes as the Regional Director of Clinical Services and Compliance!
Starting at age 16 and working as a CNA, Jen developed a passion for caring for the elderly. She became an LPN and then eventually graduated with a BSN from Herzing University in 2014. She has worked in acute care and hospital settings, but has extensive experience in long term care and most notably, in assisted living.
Having lost her grandparents to Alzheimer’s, Jen has personally experienced the impact dementia has. Caring for the elderly, specifically those with dementia, is near to her heart.
Outside of work, Jen loves spending time with her family, cooking, coaching soccer and being outside.
