Victoria shares, “My passion for healthcare began while I was pursuing my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology where I emphasized in Cardiac and Pulmonary rehabilitation. It was during my time in college that I began caring for those affected by both Dementia and Alzheimer’s. I have consistently stayed involved caring for this population of patients for the last 12 years.
Ultimately, I decided I wanted to further my education and went back to school to pursue my Nursing degree. Healthcare, specifically memory care, has become such a rewarding career for me. It has allowed me to make a positive difference in others’ lives, help others lead more fulfilling lives and create long-lasting relationships with not only residents but their families as well.
My significant other and I have two sweet fur babies. Our Great Dane, Clyde and our Lab, Riggins. In my free time I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, little get-away vacations up north and relaxing at home. I am so excited to be a part of the team and ready to make a positive impact here at Azura!”
