What is Sagely?

Sagely is an engagement app that allows families, friends, loved ones to receive real-time activity updates, photos and community messages on your smartphone or tablet. We know how important it is for you to stay connected to your loved one, and through Sagely, you will receive daily communication from our communities on what is happening within the home.

Staying connected to your loved one is of paramount importance, as it not only enhances the emotional well-being of the residents but also plays a crucial role in maintaining their overall health and happiness. The transition to a memory care community can be challenging for both the elderly individual and their family members, and maintaining strong connections helps bridge the gap between physical separation and emotional closeness. How do I sign up for Sagely?

There is a quick form that you will need to fill out prior to you enrolling that can be found at Azuraliving.com/admissions. Once you have filled that out, you will receive an email invitation to activate your account. Open the email and click on Activate my account. Note: If you do not receive the email, look in your junk/spam email folder. Subject line: “Invitation from [community name] to try out the Sagely Family app.]” From there, create your username and password and then start receiving real-time updates and photos!
