Kelly Pickard, Executive Director

After many years as our House Manager in Manitowoc, Kelly Pickard takes over as our Executive Director.

She shares, “I have been in the healthcare field for 10 years. The last 6 years have been in Assisted Living Memory Care which I feel is my place to be. I love being able to care for families loved ones with Dementia as a caregiver and giving their loved ones the best quality of life while residing at Azura. Along the way I have met some wonderful families.  My journey with Azura began in Oct 2022 as a caregiver and quickly moving up to House Manager. I attended WALA in May of 2023 and was just recently promoted to Executive Director in Jan 2024. Born and raised in Manitowoc County, I have been married to my husband for 20 years and we share to daughters together one of which also works as a caregiver for Azura. I love to travel with my husband to Panama City Beach and walk the beaches looking for seashells and watching the beautiful sunset. In the summer I enjoy gardening and riding my Harley with my husband. Azura has been nothing but great to work for. I am excited for many more years with Azura.”
